Send anything, a question, a bug, a feature you need for your own meetings, to support@minuta.work.

What to include

These four things usually turn a report into a fix:

• The device and the system version, for example iPhone 17 Pro on iOS 26.4.
• What you were doing when it happened, step by step.
• What you expected instead.
• A screenshot, if there was something on screen worth seeing.

Please do not send us a recording or a transcript of a real meeting. We do not need it, and we would rather it stayed with you.

Things worth knowing

Speech recognition and the default minutes run on the device, so both need a device that supports them. Where Apple Intelligence is not available, Minuta still records, transcribes and writes an outline of the meeting.

Each device keeps its own library. Recordings and minutes are not synced between your iPhone, iPad and Mac today.

Speaker names are set by hand. The on-device engine does not tell one voice from another.

Purchases

Subscriptions, the free trial and the lifetime unlock are handled by Apple. Refunds and cancellations go through your App Store account, not through us.
